Location: Barki Road, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

Our company is having record for being fully capable of designing & constructing a Hospital with double basements and Ground + 2 floors. We successfully delivered the detailed working sets for the following:

• Design for fully occupied basement for car parking 80

• Emergency Department with bed bays along the hall with vital signs room and triages.

• Outpatient Department with 30 Doctor’s rooms and 12 inspecting rooms yet the lobby and waiting area be spacious and wider.

• 50 private bed rooms for patients

• Medical Wards

• Surgical Wards

• Ob-Gyn Ward

• Pediatrics Department

• Eye Department

• Physiotherapy Department

• Dialysis Department

• 12 Intensive Care Units

• 4 Operation Theaters with proper Anesthesia- Recovery room, Sterilization rooms, instrument cleaning rooms, scrubbing zones for doctors and nurses, lockers for patient and doctors.

• Nursing Stations in each department

• 3 Stretcher (patient) Lifts

• Blood Bank

• CT Scan, X-Ray, MRI, Ultrasound, EMG, PFT, ECO, Holter and stress labs.

• Admin Units

• Doctor’s Offices, Nurse Rooms. Kitchenettes, pantry area, Stores, Janitors closets.

• 80 feet wide entrance lounge with counters either ways

• 80 feet wide Open Patio with well landscaping

• Spacious Cafeteria for 50 people at once

• 5 entrances to the building with 2 emergency exits

• Misc. including Security rooms, IT room, Human Resources room, Hospital Gases room etc.

We provided all the set of drawings for the project including space plans, detailed working (dimensions, levels, door window schedules, stair detailing etc.), Electrical layout, Sewerage layouts, Plumbing layouts, Structural Design, Construction Management. In a nutshell, we handled the project from scratch to end.
